A great opportunity for an experienced IT Engineer to join a large manufacturing organisation in Cheshire. Tasked with providing 1st-3rd line support to users across the business, as well as taking the lead on infrastructure improvements, implementations and upgrades!
Your new role:

Providing 1st-3rd line support
Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
Server, network, and system support - ensuring optimal functionality
Monitor firewalls, antivirus and uphold data standards
End user support - accounts, permissions, passwords
Project work - upgrades and new technology implementations
Vendor management- procurement, repairs, service agreements
Make recommendations for new solutions
Disaster recovery and business continuity
Experience required to succeed:

Minimum 3 years working in an IT Engineer role
Experience providing 1st-3rd line support
Successfully executed upgrade and implementation projects
Windows server, Active Directory, O 365, and MDM
Cisco networking and firewalls
Strong communication skills
A passion for tech and good knowledge of new solutionsBenefits
