Construction Manager - Structurally Biased - Freelance or Permanent

My contractor client is looking for a Site Manager to work on a new build residential project is South/South West London. For this position, my client will also consider offering a long term freelance contract for the right person.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the structural aspects of construction projects
Ensure all structural work is completed to high-quality standards and in line with regulations
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve challenges
Manage structural work schedules, ensuring timely project delivery
Conduct quality control inspections and implement health & safety measures
Requirements:
Experience as a Construction Manager with a structural focus
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methods
Background in delivering projects for main contractors
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of industry health & safety standards
