• Processing Invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Schedule and prepare payment to suppliers
• Reconcile creditor accounts with supplier statements
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Assist with monthly reports and yearend procedures
• Identify and resolve payments queries actively work to reduce the volume

What are we looking for in our successful candidate?

Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and finance supporting roles, including experience of reconciliations.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail

• Ability to consistently produce accurate results to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills - customer focused attitude, ability to cope with high volumes and peak periods
• Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
• Understanding of debits and credits
