Managing medium to large client accounts
Meeting and exceeding client needs
Handling client queries and providing exceptional service
Utilising the CRM system "big change" to streamline account management🚀 Start: ASAP! 🚀

⏰ Hours: 8am - 5pm ⏰

🔧 Skills:

Proven experience in account management
Familiarity with the CRM system "big change" (ideal but not essential)
Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple client accounts
