We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, a locally recognised Estate Agency in Nottingham.

This is an extremely fast-paced office with excellent earning potential and leads will be provided by the Estate Agency team. The successful candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service with the ability to hit targets with full CeMAP and a minimum 2 - 3 years of previous experience. 

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• £30,000 Basic salary
• OTE £70,000
• Leads and customer base provided.
• Great bonuses

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm
• Alternate Saturdays (lieu day in return).

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• Friendly and proactive manner
• Full CeMAP Qualification
• Full UK Driving license.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years previous experience

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

• Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
• Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
• Chasing potential leads and generating new business
• Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
