This essential role involves delivering high-quality care and clinical expertise across Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards, and case managers. You will play a pivotal role in key transitions, such as hospital discharges, crisis management, and care package breakdowns.

About the Role

As a valued member of our Specialist Mobilisation Team, you'll provide exceptional care to individuals with complex needs in areas such as:
✔ Adult Complex Care
✔ Paediatric Complex Care
✔ Rehabilitation Services
✔ Spinal Cord Injury Care
✔ Huntington's Disease Care
✔ Cerebral Palsy Care
✔ Brain Injury Care
✔ Severe Mental Health Care
✔ Locked-In Syndrome Care
✔ Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, and more

🗓 Assignments: Short-term placements (8-12 weeks, up to 16 weeks)
🌍 Travel: Nationally flexible, with all travel expenses covered

* Monday to Friday Days (8am-2pm): £23.80/hr

* Monday to Friday Nights (2pm-8am): £27.26/hr

* Weekends (Friday 2pm-Monday 8am): £33.75/hr

* Bank Holidays (All Hours): £55.38/hr
