A reputable building consultancy are looking for a career-focused Associate Building Surveyor for an exciting opportunity to support the development of a brand new team in Manchester.

The Associate Building Surveyors' role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will join a well-established and innovative business, currently operating across three thriving offices, with plans to expand their success across the North West market.

This is a unique opportunity for a driven and motivated Associate Building Surveyor to spearhead this venture, offering an autonomous and flexible role that aligns with both your personal and professional aspirations.

In this role, the Associate Building Surveyor will manage a diverse project portfolio across various sectors such as education, industrial, leisure, office, and retail, engaging in business development, recruitment and team management duties.

Person specification

The Associate Building Surveyor will ideally be a self-motivated individual, driven to develop and expand a team.

• Experience within a similar consultancy environment is beneficial
• Previous business development experience/skills is ideal
• MRICS qualification is preferred but NOT essential
