Location: Woking (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home)

An opportunity has arisen to join a leading US company, which is enjoying rapid growth and expansion in the UK and European markets. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the supply of goods to meet the demands of the UK customer base. This is a varied end-to-end supply chain role within an ambitious, proactive, and friendly team.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Process customer sales orders with high attention to detail, ensuring prompt and accurate loading of orders.
  • Manage inventory control across UK and EU warehouse locations.
  • Process intercompany and warehouse-related transactions within the ERP system.
  • Work closely with third-party logistics partners on inbound shipments.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to implement process improvements.
  • Identify, pre-empt, and resolve supply issues as required.
  • Assist with measuring and improving supply chain performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in similar supply chain / operations role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Good IT skills to include confidence in using Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Ability to adapt to process enhancements and contribute to system improvements.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and inventory management.
