Broster Buchanan are partnering with a medium sized, high growth Services business to appoint a Finance Director to be based in their head office in Central London. Hybrid working is offered 2/3 days per week.  Reporting directly to the CFO and a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting company strategy whilst ensuring robust financial governance.  Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and develop a high performing finance team
• Responsible for timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Support the Executive Board with strategic planning and insight.
• Responsible for financial governance and compliance
• Engage effectively with external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors and banks

  The ideal candidate will be ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA qualified with a wealth of leadership and reporting experience in a similar sized business. My client is looking for a confident and effective communicator with strong analytical, systems and problem-solving skills.
