The Role:

Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant.
Salary: £80-£100 per day, depending on experience.
Location: Enfield, North London.
Start Date: Immediate.As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning, assist with lesson delivery, and provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with pupils in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, providing additional support where needed.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
Support children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
Gain exposure to various teaching techniques and strategies used in primary education.

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate (any subject considered).
A strong interest in teaching, child development, or educational psychology.
A patient and empathetic approach to working with children.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A desire to gain experience in education before committing to a teaching qualification.
