Roles and responsibilities - Behaviour Support - Tower Hamlets

Assisting in identifying pupils in need of support and providing them with support
Providing one-to-one mentoring sessions to identified students
Develop strategies for pupils to better manage their behaviour in order to help them succeed at school
Preparation of action plans for learners as part of the learning process
Liaising with the SENCos on a regular basis
Keeping track of the progress of the students and monitoring the behaviour of the students
Providing support to families in the form of liaisons
Assisting pupils with challenging behaviours to develop and use strategies that will help them to manage their behaviour and support them.
Developing an action plan with students that outlines the aims of the mentoring program and outlines how the plan can be achieved.About the school - Behaviour Support - Tower Hamlets
