The Role:

We're seeking a flexible and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team.
As an AGM, you'll play a pivotal role in our team in.

Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and guiding a dedicated team. If you're passionate about hospitality, have strong operational skills, and thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Accountabilities:

• Welcome guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
• Ascertain dining needs and manage reservations
• Seat guests and manage seating throughout the restaurant
• Deal with guest inquiries in a timely, and effective manner
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Assist others with other restaurant operational duties

Personal Attributes:

• A natural communicator with a flair for conversation.
• Attentive, with an eye for detail and a genuine desire to make each guest's experience special.
• Passionate about Italian cuisine, wine, and creating a welcoming, high-end atmosphere

What We Offer You:
- Salary: £50,000 pa.
- Hours: Full-time, Permanent (48 hours per week)
- Holiday: 29 days per year
