NO WEEKENDS!! We are looking for a Sales Progression Manager for our client based in Colchester.   • Responsible for the successful exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion of all properties purchased by way of a Part Exchange or an Assisted Sale transaction.
  • Play an integral part of each client’s sales and marketing team.
  • Providing high levels of customer service at all times.#
  • Deal quickly and efficiently with customer enquiries by various mediums including phone, post, email or text.
  • Ability to asses and resolve enquiries or issues arising and communicate with all parties, including client, customer, solicitors, estate agents and internal support team.
  • To use sound judgement and take decisions within established procedures working to agreed company deadlines of both client and New Homes Part Exchange.
Skills and Experience for this Sales Progression Manager role:
  • Knowledge of estate agency/property/new homes and related practices i.e Financial Services, Part Exchange.
  • Excellent telephone manner and able to communicate at all levels
  • Working knowledge of the conveyancing practice and what is involved in the purchase of property.
  • Self-motivation and good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise changing workload.
  • IT literate, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to meet targets and work to client and company deadlines.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem solve accordingly.
  • Ability to work well within a team and provide additional support where required.
