My client is a forward-thinking independent real estate consultancy, expanding their team in London and is seeking a skilled professional to work on a range of commercial property projects.

About the Role

Due to continued success and business growth, our client is creating a new position within their London office. This role offers the chance to lead and manage a variety of commercial refurbishment projects, working with high-profile clients across offices, retail, and industrial properties. You'll play a key role in overseeing projects from inception to completion and working with stakeholders.

Lead and manage commercial refurbishment projects
Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
Act as a key client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Provide expert advice and outstanding service to clients, ensuring high standards are maintained.What We're Looking For

MRICS qualified Chartered Building Surveyor.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to take full ownership of projects.
