We are the staffing partner to a brilliant international transportation business specialising in the logistics planning for TV & film sets.

As a Logistics Compliance Administratoryou will be working as part of a team managing projects on behalf of TV & Film production companies planning international logistics for equipment, crew and celebrities across the globe

The successful Transport Supervisor Duties will involve:

Manage the Transport & Logistics teams in the managers absence
Take an active lead in the recruitment of new team members & drivers
Firs point of contact for all temporary staff & out of hours incidents
Be responsible for all driver & vehicle compliance
Process timesheets & invoices
Ensure the site is safe & secure
Manage, download & record all driver hours (tacho)
Update and cleanse all diary, CRM systems
Complete all necessary administrative tasks
Undertake project work & other relevant duties as and when required

At least 1 years' experience managing transport teams
