Production Supervisor (CNC)

Our client based in Wednesbury would like to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor. The successful candidate must be able to Programme Set and Operate the following:

* Robo Drills - Fanuc Control

* Mazak Machine Centre - Mazatrol

* SW 5 Axis Miller - Siemens

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Manage a team of people, providing guidance, training and support
- Implement strategies to achieve better efficiency and increase production
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock ordering
- Oversee Production schedules to achieve weekly schedules
- Liaise with other departments to ensure parts are available
- Improve current processes where possible

- Work alongside the Quality department and adjust programmes where necessary

Requirements:

- Proven experience of Supervising a machine shop
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Control tooling layouts
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

- Experience with Siemens, Fanuc & Mazatrol controls
- Implementing new technical procedures
