Coating Plant Operative (Temp to Perm) - Join a Leading Family Fabrication Business in Oldbury 

Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 (M-T) and finish at 15:30 on Fridays.

Hourly rate: £12.21 plus overtime if wanted.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working in a coating plant, powder coating, or similar industrial setting
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Punctual, reliable, and safety-consciousThe Role:
Preparing and coating metal components to required specifications
Operating coating plant equipment safely and efficiently
Quality checking finished products for consistency and finish
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
