Contek Recruitment are currently working with a precision engineering client, located near Tile Hill, Coventry, who are currently looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Salary Info: £19-£20 per hour (Dependent on experience) (£39k-£40k per year)

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (07:30 AM until 4:30 PM) and Friday (07:30 AM until 12:30 PM)

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute CMM programs using the MCOSMOS software.

* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate measurements.

* Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.

* Analyse measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports.

* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

* Previous experience programming Mitutoyo CMM machinery using MCOSMOS software is required.

* Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
