A great opportunity has arisen for a multi-skilled marketing and business development professional to join a west established multi services legal firm with offices around the country.

The Marketing & Business Development Assistant will play a key role in developing and implementing a marketing strategy to drive expansion of their business growth, building brand awareness and increasing client engagement.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print) to enhance the firm's visibility and promote key services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and helping to drive revenue growth.
  • Content Creation: Manage the production of high-quality, engaging content for marketing materials, newsletters, client communications, and social media platforms.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the firm’s brand is consistently represented across all platforms and communications.
  • Market Research: Analyse market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that inform business development and marketing strategies.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms. SEO and related tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and copywriting.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate well to the wider management team.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying new business opportunities.
