The Role
As a Lead Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing a portfolio of commercial sites across Manchester, Bolton, Morecambe and nearby areas.

* Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

* A role split between 70% management (client relationships, logbook management, contractor bookings, quotations, permits, RAMs and overseeing the performance of two direct reports) and 30% hands-on work.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, including emergency light testing, fire alarm and sprinkler testing, PAT testing, light replacements, AHU filter changes, flushing, and other multi-skilled tasks.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds).

* 18th Edition certification.

* Experience working in a commercial environment, including supervising engineers and subcontractors.
