Bodyshop Team Leader

Salary/Rate: £19/hour

Location: Glasgow, Scotland 
Monday- Friday
7:00- 17:00
 
We are recruiting for a Bodyshop Team Leader (permanent) at our client's site in Glasgow.

• A typical day may involve:-

Monitoring the flow of day to day operations for the panel, preppers and outliners
Allocating and prioritising work to meet deadlines
Managing workloads for the team ensuring KPI's are met
Scheduling and completing team related paperwork
Assisting with managing team performance and provide coaching when required
Preparing vehicles ready to be re-sprayed
Repairing damaged bodywork, dents or corroded area
Stripping and fitting trim and panel interior
Masking repairs
Refurbing alloys
Ensure all team members perform quality control checks on completion of work to ensure no defects
We are interested in hearing from you if:

You have the relevant qualification i.e. ATA, NVQ, BTEC, City & Guilds and/or a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
You have proven experience in leading a team
You have a solid understanding of vehicle safety procedures
You have a solid understanding of vehicle refurbishment/body repair processes
You have excellent communication skills
You are able to demonstrate the ability to meet targets and deadlines
You are highly motivated and able to inspire and motivate others
