What You Will Do:

• Perform accurate settings of presses to ensure optimum speeds, safety of operatives, and integrity of tooling.
• Operate presses in accordance with company processes, maintaining required output levels.
• Utilise lifting equipment for the safe movement of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Inspect components using appropriate equipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5s housekeeping standards.
• Participate in training and development opportunities as directed by your supervisor.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience as a Power Press Setter, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow stringent processes and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Flexibility to travel throughout the UK as required.
