A residential contractor are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to help propel them into their next phase of growth.

Focussing on residential developments in the mid to high end range the home counties and London, year on year they have delivered healthy profits.

The ideal candidate will have the following, skills, attributes and experience:

• Ambitious, energetic, and driven to deliver on each of your projects
• Team player, who will take responsibility
• Demonstrate strong negotiating and commercial skills
• Good construction and technical knowledge.
• HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 7 years post graduate experience
• Good understanding on effective management of a schedule of works.
