Description

Financial Analyst:

• Prepare detailed financial reports including profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other key financial metrics.
• Analyze trends in sales, costs, and expenses to identify variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain financial performance compared to forecasts, budgets, and prior periods.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
• Collaborate with different business units (production, sales, etc.) to gather data and ensure accurate forecasts.
• Analyze product costing, manufacturing overheads, and labor costs to provide insights on profitability.
• Develop financial models for new product launches, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.

Profile

A successful Financial Analyst should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
• Studying toward ACCA or CIMA
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
