Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer - Property Services

We are seeking a motivated Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering key services such as plant renewal, replacement, refurbishment, technical advice, and building energy compliance. You will provide guidance to landlords, property agents, and building managers on engineering systems, legislative compliance, and asset value maximization.

You'll be involved in client meetings, producing reports, specifications, and delivering high-quality solutions as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical advice on engineering systems and compliance.

Develop reports, specifications, and project guidance.

*

Assist clients with forward planning, refurbishment, and asset management.

What We Are Looking For:

*

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

*

Strong technical knowledge in Electrical Building Services.

*

Previous consultancy or site experience, understanding interdisciplinary design.

*

Chartered Engineer status or working towards it is desirable.
