The role will involve:- Management referrals- Health surveillance to include:- Audiometry- Spirometry- Health questionnaires- Safety critical medicals- Immunisation Programmes- Venepuncture- Risk Assessments- Ergonomic Assessments- Case conferences- Using Cority software- Helping to create and maintain mental health awareness and support programme- Implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the OH Department- Clinical leadership of OH TeamTo apply you will need to be an experienced and qualified Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor/ Occupational Health Manager with strong case management, health surveillance experience and management experience .Salary: up to £58,000 pro rata + Benefits
