Salary: Highly Competitive £27,742 - £30,035 (including all extras)
Plus: Private Health Insurance, Training, funding for qualifications.
Hours:40 per week, with an average of 2 sleep-ins per week and occasional waking
nights as needed.

Role Overview:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day care for young people
aged 7 to 17 with Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties in a 3-bed
children's home. Our care program focuses on repatriating young people to their home
areas, with clear transition plans for rehabilitation to birth families, fostering, or
independent living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children/young people in establishing their identity and ensuring their wishes
are considered.
- Facilitate appropriate interests and activities, ensuring safety and well-being.
- Help maintain and develop relationships both within and outside the home.
- Provide opportunities for learning and development, ensuring access to education and
wider experiences.
- Promote health and well-being, raising awareness of factors that can impact it.
- Develop, monitor, and review care plans, including risk assessments.
- Prepare and support young people for independence.
