We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for our West Finchley PreSchool

We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our team and create an outstanding learning environment for young children.

Your responsibilities -

* Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, high-quality learning environment

* Lead, inspire, and support a team of early years practitioners to deliver outstanding childcare

* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements, maintaining high standards of care and education

* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere

* Drive continuous improvement and engaging learning opportunities

* Oversee safeguarding procedures and promote the well-being of all children and staff
