As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

As a Quantity Surveyor at you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.
Conduct risk and value management and cost control.
Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.
Allocate work to subcontractors.
Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare reports, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documentation.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.What We Offer:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, within a civil background.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, Quantity Surveying software).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
