Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator

Location: West Midlands

Hours: Mon - Thurs 1:00pm - 10:00pm / Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced CNC Setter/Operators to play a crucial role in the production process for a leading Aluminium Extrusion Company.

Your responsibilities will include:

Machine Setup: Configure and adjust CNC machines (specifically Alumatics type) according to precise job specifications.
Safe Operation: Operate CNC machinery efficiently and adhere to safety protocols.
Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality output.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet production targets.

Workload

Some jobs run for 4-5 hours.
Typically, 3-4 jobs need to be set up in sequence.
After initial setup, the role involves operating the machines.
Workload is rotational.
