Senior Payroll Specialist- Bracknell- Permanent- £35,000-£40,000

IN2 Consult is partnering with a well known SME on the recruitment of a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their growing function. This role will join a well estbalished, friendly team

and have the chance to make a big impact on the wider business. 

The Key Duties of this role include:

  • Processing payroll for 700+ employees
  • Maintaining the payroll system
  • Managing the holiday allocation within the payroll system.
  • Providing guidance on payroll legislation
  • Processing new starters, inputting hours worked into Sage Payroll, overtime, and expense claims.
  • Calculation of statutory payments and attachment of earnings.
  • Completing all RTI submissions to HMRC.
  • Maintaining pension records and uploading monthly files and payments to the NEST and Scottish Widows and People Pensions.
  • Preparing and sending out of pay slips, P45's, P60's
  • Dealing with payroll queries and running reports as required by auditors and line management

The key requires for this role include:

  • Proven experience in a payroll enviroment
  • Experience in processing 500+ UK employee payrolls
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
  • Experience in working with a payroll system (Sage, ADP etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills
