• 10% commission up to £200k target
• 20% commission beyond target
• Quarterly bonusesCar Allowance: £300 per month (Having your own car is preferred, but not essential)

• Ideally a university graduate
• Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not required

• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to succeed
• Possesses a car (preferred) for travel within the area
• Committed to providing exceptional client service and maintaining a high level of professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new lettings opportunities through networking, prospecting, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with tenants and landlords to secure agreements
• Ensure high standards of customer care at all times, representing the company with integrity and professionalism
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the internal CRM system
• Work closely with team members to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets
