Overview

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join an exciting new project with The Balfour Beatty NEAR scheme projects team, based out of Staines

This key role to support the running of this successful highways project.

Key Accountabilities

  • Duties to include/experience in the below:

  • Data entry experience

  • Scanning/filing/shredding

  • Collation of documentation online

  • Email management

  • Assist with raising requisitions

Experience and Skills required

  • Previous experience in an Administrator, preferably in a construction or engineering environment (or similar)

  • Data entry experience

  • Must have own car/drivers licence

  • Understanding of Excel and Microsoft

  • Experience with Oracle would be helpful but not essential

About the team

This joint venture is working on behalf of National Highways to upgrade the road to a Smart Motorway between Junction 3 at Hayes and Junction 12 at Theale. The project, the largest of the Smart Motorway schemes and a flagship project for National Highways, will help alleviate congestion through widening the carriageway and replacing 11 bridges to accommodate a new lane where there is no existing hard shoulder.
