Building Services Engineer

My client is currently recruiting a building services engineer based around Oxford Street. You will have your level 3 either mechanical or electrical as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, fault finding, riser inspections, ppm's on plant pumps, motors, boiler checks, ahu, fan coil maintenance, as well as escorting sub-contractors, general paperwork and reporting back to client and managers.

Hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary is 46K plus call out, overtime and company benefits.
