The successful candidate will oversee supply chain operations, ensuring that best practices and process improvements are in place to drive business success. As a key leadership team member, you will lead supply chain planning, warehouse management, and logistics operations, contributing to the optimisation of global demand and supply planning. This role will play a crucial part in supporting ambitious growth plans, focusing on inventory management, lead times, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global demand and supply planning and forecasting processes to support business growth targets.
• Provide business planning and forecasting data to ensure efficient planning and resource utilisation.
• Manage and develop the supply chain planning, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Ensure integrated business planning across all functions for consistent planning and information flow.
• Optimise end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on inventory management and on-time delivery.
• Lead capacity planning activities in collaboration with different business units.
• Lead the implementation of key supply chain infrastructure projects.
• Optimise inbound material scheduling to meet business requirements and inventory goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience with cutting-edge Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) methods and process improvements.
• Background in supply chain operations within manufacturing is desirable.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Operations or Business Administration.
• Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiencies and business improvements.
• Strong commercial and customer-focused approach with excellent collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to implement new working methods and drive innovation at pace.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP S4 Hana.
