Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Managing incoming calls and email enquiries in a centralised mailbox.
- Logging all customer information on the CRM and responding within agreed timescales.
- Building strong relationships with UK customers and global partners.
- Process incoming sales orders.
- Liaising with customers, internal operations team, suppliers and couriers over delivery times.
- Responding to customer queries & complaints.
- Processing returns and exchanges.
- Reporting.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience of customer service / experience, order processing or administration.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of incoming customer emails.
- Natural communicator, happy to answer incoming company calls.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional Customer experience.
- Competent on MS Office Suite.
Nice to have:
- Worked with a CRM, order management system or ticketing system.
- Previous experience gained working in a product-based business.
