Responsibilities

* Source and engage high-quality finance candidates through research, networking, and direct outreach.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic recruitment advice tailored to their needs.

* Manage the full recruitment process from initial candidate engagement to placement and beyond.

Requirements

* A university degree with a strong background or interest in finance.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior professionals in the finance industry.

* A results-driven attitude, with the determination to succeed in a target-oriented environment.

* Prior experience in recruitment or sales is beneficial but not essential.
