They are currently going through an exciting time of growth and are looking to hire an experienced Managing Associate to join their team in Bristol.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a dynamic technology and commercial team to handle high-value, strategic procurements and contracts
Provide expert advice on various technology projects, including framework agreements, software purchases, and digital transformation projects
Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and driven environment
Play an active role in business development, preparing pitches and building client relationships
Work on-site with clients as needed, including virtual and in-person secondmentsSkills:

Proven experience advising on technology transactions and procurements for clients in the Financial Services sector
Minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience within the Technology/Commercial team of a national or specialist law firm, or relevant in-house legal team
Motivated self-starter with ambitions to lead and deliver complex, strategic client work
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and contracting skills
Client-focused approach with a knack for developing long-lasting relationships
