Our client a multi-disciplinary architectural practise based in Oxford, are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to become part of their tightknit team. Our clients spike in recruitment stems form a high level of repeat and new business, therefore are seeking an ambitious, hands-on individual to join the team.

The successful individual will be working closely alongside a Director, assisting with all aspects of a project, taking ownership, liaising with clients and other professionals. Their portfolio varies between both small to large scale, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, MOD and Residential projects.

• The use of Revit/AutoCAD of a daily basis
• Producing high-quality drawings and designs
• Working across RIBA stages with a focus on the technical stages
• Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control
• Work on a variety of projects within numerous sectors
• Opportunity to progress and achieve CIAT status
• Familiar with Technical Building Design and Building Regulations to prepare packages and make submissions
• Carrying out site visits
• Taking ownership of a project

• Live in a commutable distance of Oxford, happy to attend the office 5 days a week
• Full drivers' licence
• Proficient working with either Revit or AutoCAD
• Experience within a variety of sectors, preferably education and healthcare/
• Relevant qualification required i.e. HND/ HNC/ BSc etc.
• Experience working across all RIBA stages is preferred however not essential
• A hard working & motivated individual
• Must be willing to undergo security vetting for Police, MoD and Parliamentary clients to obtain NPPV2/3 and up to SC level clearance
