The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Technical Specification Sales Manager to lead the adoption of an innovative construction process. With proven success on major projects, this technology delivers groundbreaking environmental benefits, drastically reduces labour costs, and accelerates timelines by weeks or months. This is a rare opportunity to spearhead the growth of a game-changing solution in the UK marketplace, targeting sectors such as data centres, renewables, marine infrastructure, industrial developments, and transport projects.

The Role
As Technical Specification Sales Manager, your mission will be to:

* Engage and educate stakeholders: Build relationships with Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers, showcasing the superior advantages of this solution.

* Drive specification sales: Overcome cost-focused objections with compelling business cases that demonstrate project-wide savings and efficiency improvements.

* Open new markets: Leverage your network to penetrate high-growth sectors such as Data Centres, Pharma, Marine, and Renewable Energy.

* Deliver results: Present effectively at boardroom level and close deals on the first meeting whenever possible.

What You Bring

* A Hunter mentality with a track record of success in technical sales, specification sales, or similar roles in construction or engineering sectors.

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to calculate, solve, and sell complex proposals.

* Experience delivering CPDs or technical presentations, with a structural engineering or technical background being highly advantageous.

* Established networks within Tier 1 contractors or high-value markets such as Data Centres, Pharma, or Renewable Energy.
