We are recruiting a Building Services Technical Maintenance Supervisor for a leading national Mechanical and Electrical services specialist, 70% of the role is to be based in Canary Wharf with the other 30% incorporating site visits to various client sites in and around Central London.

Within this Building Services Maintenance Supervisor role, you will be responsible for planning, designating and undertaking planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the estate of Energy Centre's and associated mechanical plant and electrical equipment,

For this Maintenance Supervisor role based in City of London we are looking for:

A technically competent M&E Engineer with a time served apprenticeship
Ideally you will be mechanically biased but have multi skilled building services maintenance experience
Experience of leading a team of engineers on a daily basis
Committed to the continual improvement of yourself and your team
Legionella awareness and IOSH managing safely
Experience and working knowledge of building regulations and health and safety
A team player, looking for a long-term career within estates management

This Static Building Services Maintenance Supervisor role will include:

Carrying out PPMs ensuring compliance and adhering to statutory regulations
Offering leadership to and giving day to day guidance to the Engineers and Maintenance team members
Taking responsibility for the maintenance and operations of the electrical and HVAC services across the large facility.
Monitoring the activities of outside contractors on site.
Working with the management team to always ensure the quality and improvement of the maintenance services
Conducting 121's with the engineers and maintenance team membersThis is a critical role, and you will be a key part of the specialist team focusing on asset operational maintenance.
