We are currently seeking an Office Executive to join our team in Belfast to play a key role in supporting our operations and finance team, alongside the wider business.

Responsibilities:

Assist with facilities management
Record keeping, and ensure all relevant paperwork is gathered and filed correctly in compliance with company policies
Answer phones & deal with adhoc customer/client queries in a professional manner
Implement and maintain office administrative systems
Assist the team in the setup of IT systems when onboarding new employees
Provide backup support to the Finance team when required
Ensure the smooth running of the office and communal areas
Assist within any adhoc administrative duties in our international officesThis list is not exhaustive and you may be required to undertake other duties for the effective operation of the finance and wider operations department.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 1 years' experience within an office administration role (or similar)
Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and problem solve
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on accuracy is essential
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word/Excel)
Excellent organisation skills

Salary & Benefits:

Salary range of £24,000-£28,000 (which may be increased, depending on level of experience)
