RG Consultancy are working with an excellent medium company based in Halifax who are looking for an accounts assistant to join the finance team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a small team and will report into the finance manager within the company. This is an excellent all rounded role.
Duties will include:
- Processing high volume purchase invoices
- Matching and coding invoices to a high standards
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Weekly BACS payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Assist with VAT returns
- Processing wages onto SAGE Payroll
- Other ad hoc duties - working closely with the finance manager
Skills:
- Knowledge of SAGE would be an advantage
- Strong IT skills including; MS Excel would be useful (spreadsheets and V-Look-ups/Pivot tables)
