£132 per day

We are currently looking for a Tutor for a Specialist Provision in Rotherham, this is a full-time role to start in November 2024. This is a term time only position.

The Tutor will be delivering a planned KS3 and KS4 curriculum work to small classes of pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH. The classes will also be supported by specialist Teaching Assistants.

This role is available for unqualified teachers, the school is ideally looking for someone who has strong generalist KS3 and KS4 curriculum knowledge and has experience supporting children with SEMH needs and in turn differentiating learning to meet these needs.

The provision is a warm and welcoming environment which offers personalised and tailored support to its students which will support them both academically and socially to prosper into adulthood.

· You have previous Tutor experience in KS3 & KS4

· You have previous experience working with children with SEMH needs

· You can make lessons exciting and engaging, capturing the interests of pupils, and relating these to the subject.
