They focus on projects within Commercial, Industrial and Retail sectors, including New Build, Refurbishment and Fitout.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

* Setting Out & Dimensional Control: Ensuring accurate levelling, setting out, and maintaining the precision of the project.

* Health & Safety Leadership: Implementing, maintaining, and championing health & safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

* Stakeholder Liaison: Working closely with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and local authorities to drive successful project outcomes.

* Package Oversight: Managing work packages worth up to £1 million, ensuring seamless delivery and quality standards.

* Collaboration with QS: Supporting the Quantity Surveyor in budget control and cost management.

What They're Looking For

* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as a Site Engineer, ideally in groundworks, shell construction, or civil engineering projects.

* Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, Street Works, and Confined Spaces certifications (essential).

* Skills: Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Ambition: A clear aspiration to develop into a Construction Manager role.

* Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project locations across the Leeds area (car allowance and fuel card provided).
