Accounts Payable Specialist

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Our client, a marketing and events company based in Central London, are looking to add an experienced AP Specialist to their team. The role will be 3 days in office, 2 days from home. This is a stable role for someone looking to work somewhere long term.

The ideal candidate will have previously experience using Paprika and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in AP. If you have experience of dealing with international VAT that would be a bonus.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Processing purchase invoices
• Reconciling accounts
• VAT returns
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with budgets and expenditures
• Support with all financial administration
• Liaise with suppliers and customers, resolving all queries.
• Processing BACS payments
