Prodrive Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Product and Market Support Manager to join their client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in this field to work and develop themselves within a well-established and fast-growing business.

The Product Support Manager will collaborate with the Commercial Director principally, and alongside the sales, technical, operations and customer services teams to facilitate the implementation of sales strategy, technical customer support, NPD and marketing support.

Contribute to a dynamic sales team by delivering exceptional customer service and effectively meeting the needs of clients seeking assistance. Provide comprehensive support to customers through the various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· New Customer Management: Manage the onboarding of new and potential customers with technical, administrative and marketing support.

· Trials Sample Preparation: Coordinate with sales, technical, and production teams to develop high-quality samples, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and delivered to customers promptly.

· Research Analysis: Analyse existing Company and industry research to produce modern, informative and relevant technical information. This information to be used to support and develop customers or create and enhance new or existing products.

· New Product Development: Assist as needed to facilitate product design, categorisation, and documentation. Liaise with external regulatory authorities or consultants as necessary.

· Regulatory and Administrative Support: Develop a thorough understanding of product registration, export and other administrative requirements by product group and country.

· Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure the production and compliance of relevant marketing materials and assistance in marketing plan creation and delivery:

o Lead new product introduction projects.

o Provide technical support and deliver training modules.

o Support marketing & communication activities.

o Conduct market and competitor research.

· Responding to Enquiries: Address customer with promptness and professionalism or refer to relevant expertise.

· Providing Information: Offer precise and complete product information when needed, or escalate to the technical or sales team as needed, using appropriate tools and methods. Provide monthly progress updates to Senior Management Team.

· Complaint Resolution: Assist, when necessary, in collection of information, investigate and to help resolve issues and assist those responsible for communication and corrective actions.

Requirements:

· Strong technical aptitude and experience of microbiology would be an advantage.

· Self-motivated, hardworking, and productive attitude, with a focus on results through actions.

· Proven ability to build relationships and network effectively, while being persuasive and collaborative. Experience in developing positive ongoing relationships with customers.
