Position: Contact Centre Advisor

Role Overview: We are seeking several Contact Centre Advisors to join our team. You will be responsible for handling a variety of inquiries, ranging from hearing loss to hip replacements. The role demands resilience, empathy, and the ability to guide members through services to achieve the best and most appropriate outcomes. You will need to be an active and effective listener, able to gather important information even in challenging situations.

Additional Information:

* Full-time training for 6 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, starting on Monday 12th August 2024. Attendance for the entire training period is mandatory.

* Part-time hours may be considered, but full-time attendance is required during the training period.

* No weekend work.

* Once probation is passed, flexible working options are available, including working from home up to two days a week
