Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personal injury solicitor to join a growing team. This role involves representing clients who have experienced life-altering events, including survivors of historical abuse, individuals with serious injuries and families pursuing fatal accident claims.

Requirements

• Newly qualified to 3 years’ PQE in personal injury law
• Experience handling Employer Liability, Occupiers’ Liability and Public Liability cases
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for client visits and court hearings

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring efficient case progression and cost recovery
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations and deliver excellent client care
