We are looking for a Multi Trade in Hemel to work on a permanent contract. You will be working on the repairs and maintenance contract for a well-established social housing contractor, where you will receive a company van and fuel card from day one.As a Multi Trade you will complete:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Patch Plastering
• Decorating

I am looking for a Multi Trade who has:

• Relevant industry experience as a Multi Trade
• Relevant experience within social housing
• Full UK driving licence

In return the Multi Trade will receive:

• £40000 per year basic salary plus opportunities to earn more

• Fuel card
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
